Set off for the boundaries of the fief, reach Zunshit.

Raschid negotiates an entry to the town and the party meet Nebunnadar, an ex-apprentice of Danalazar

Some cautious negotiation ensues, and a tacit staus quo is agreed to..

Striking out for Baranul’an the Magi find it in good order, and then set to patrol the western river boundary.

Evidence of orcs and Trolls is found and the trail followed to a large cave.

Fires are set to smoke out the inhabitants, and some skirmishing occurs at the mouth. Challenges are shouted, and the response is unsettling; a hideous bellowing comes from within and the men are somewhat shaken.

At length, the Turkhanate heroes advance on the cavemouth, and are about to attack when a petty dispute breaks into a brawl, with Hamar and Nazeem coming to blows, just as the orcs charge forth.

Chaos ensues.. a hasty fireball salvages the situation somewhat, but four trolls come forth and wreak much havoc. Raschid makes good use of iImanars light, blinding one, and two are brought low by heroic lance charges, but with Hamar struck down, and one troll still largely unhurt a desperate standoff develops, with both sides trying to get the bodies of the two downed trolls.
